Giddy Elephant Sailed The Sea

This is one of my finals from my Sophomore year that I am still pretty proud of. The goal of the project was to create a double-page spread using a random subject, a random action, and a random adjective that describes the subject in the illustrated scene. The three that were given to me at random were "Giddy" "Elephant" and "Sailed The Sea". My goals personally were to make the scene feel alive but also feel peaceful which is what led me to include other animals in the water so that you can feel what the elephant is feeling as he heads off on his journey.
